The Northern Montana State Veterans Cemetery (NMSVC) was approved during the 2023 Montana Legislative Session. The Montana Veteran Affairs Division applied for an establishment grant through the National Cemetery Administration and is on a waitlist for the grant to be awarded. The Montana Veteran Affairs Division is hopeful this grant will be awarded by 2030.
